December 7, 1941
"Yesterday, December 7, 1941 -- a date which
will live in infamy -- the United States of America
was suddenly and deliberately attacked by naval and
air forces of the Empire of Japan ..."
Over 3400 Americans died when the Empire of Japan
attacked Pearl Harbor. The next day, the United States
declares war on Japan and thus enters into World War
II.
