World War II Photograph:  View of USS Shaw's (DD-373) wrecked bow section, severed from the rest of the ship by the explosion of her forward magazines during the December 7, 1941 Japanese air raid on Pearl Harbor.  Photographed in the floating drydock YFD-2 on January 11, 1942, as salvage operations were underway.  Guns visible are Shaw's forward 5""/38 mounts.
